Ben Isdale

Founder and Managing Director

Built Legacy Ag over two years — facility, automation, records-based quality system, and licence. Holds the cultivation licence as Managing Director and runs facility operations end-to-end: room design, environmental control, batch records, and staff training.

Prior career in regulated training and assessment — Manager of Training and Development at Parallaxx Limited, accredited NZTA Level 2/3 and NZQA Assessor, with project-audit work on Auckland City Rail Link and other civil infrastructure. The same documentation, training, and audit discipline now runs the cultivation operation.
