Prior career in regulated training and assessment — Manager of Training and Development at Parallaxx Limited, accredited NZTA Level 2/3 and NZQA Assessor, with project-audit work on Auckland City Rail Link and other civil infrastructure. The same documentation, training, and audit discipline now runs the cultivation operation.
